Summit Housing is a not-for-profit foundation created to:

1. To provide affordable housing for low to moderate income households in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. 

2. To manage our assets in a way that allows us to grow our affordable profile of properties and ensure tenant rights and security.

3. Fundraise to acquire new properties to further our affordable housing mandate.
